The analyzer adopts indirect chemiluminescence based on AMPPD and alkaline phosphatase, and works clinically with supporting reagents for qualitative or quantitative testing of analytes in human serum, plasma, whole blood and urine samples, including determination of allergen-related assays, hormones detection, auto-antibody detection, tumor-related antigens detection, infectious disease detection, proteins and polypeptides detection, kidney disease and liver disease detection, immune function detection, vitamins detection, myocardial disease detection, determination of enzymes, hemostasis and coagulation.

Operating principle

The fully automatic chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer is based on the principle of indirect chemiluminescence method of AMPPD and alkaline phosphatase. It uses magnetic particles as carriers, and uses alkaline phosphatase to catalyze the cleavage of AMPPD to form unstable excited intermediates under the action of the free energy released during the cleavage catalysis process. When the intermediates return from the excited state to the ground state, photons of the same energy level are released, and the photons are measured and quantitatively analyzed. Within the detection range, the luminous intensity of the reaction is proportional to the concentration in the sample.

The measurement principle is mainly divided into quantitative (4PLC) and qualitative (COI). With quantitative method, calibration is performed using 4PLC (4-parameter logistic curve): y=(A1-A0)/(1+x/x0)p+A0, where y is the light count, x is the concentration, A1, A0, p and x0 are parameters. 4PLC can be used for fitting positive and inverse proportional curves. With qualitative method, the cutoff value is obtained by using the preset formula and the luminescence value measured by the 1 or 2-point calibrator. By comparing the luminescence value and the cutoff value of the sample test, the negative or positive sample is determined.
