HP infection can cause chronic inflammatory changes in the human body, and then trigger the occurrence of gastric cancer, gastric MALT lymphoma and colorectal cancer. HP affects human health through its association with gastric ulcers, gastric cancer, gastric MALT lymphoma and other diseases, so it is necessary to further understand the role of this bacterium in other gastrointestinal diseases. Through the sorting and summary of this article, it can be seen that it is also related to gastrointestinal tumors such as pharyngitis and esophageal cancer.
【Intended Use】
This kit is used for qualitative detection of Helicobacter pylori IgG antibodies in human serum/plasma.
【Adaptation】
Screening diagnosis and surveillance of Helicobacter pylori infection.
Diagnosis and differential diagnosis of gastritis, peptic ulcer, and non-ulcer dyspepsia
Epidemiological investigation of HP infection and monitoring of drug efficacy.
Assisted diagnosis and differential diagnosis of coronary heart disease and myocarditis.
【Clinical Significance】
Abnormal results:
(1) Positive if the agglutination titer of the tested serum is 4 times lower than the antigen control in two wells or more than 4 times. Serum antigen titers in the convalescent phase were 4 times or more higher than those in the acute phase as positive.
(2) There is a special color reaction, which proves the existence of a certain protein.
(3) The ratio (P/N) of the serum to be tested to the known negative serum is ≥ 2.1, and the OD value of the serum to be tested is ≥ 0.4, it is judged as positive. People who need to be examined: patients with peptic ulcer.
